- We encourage patients to seek second opinions when they feel it is necessary. Our doctors are happy to collaborate with other healthcare providers for the best patient outcomes.

3. Appointments & Cancellation Policy
- Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person at the hospital reception.
- We request patients to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance so the slot can be offered to another patient.
- Repeated no-shows without prior notice may result in a requirement to pay a booking fee for future appointments.
- Walk-in patients are welcome but will be attended to based on availability and after scheduled appointments.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment for consultations, procedures, and services is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
- We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, UPI, and net banking.
- For planned procedures and admissions, an estimated cost will be provided in advance. The final amount may vary based on actual treatment rendered.
- Insurance claims will be processed as per the terms of your insurance policy. Any amount not covered by insurance is the responsibility of the patient.
- In case of billing disputes, please contact our billing department within 30 days of receiving the invoice.
5. Patient Responsibilities
As a patient of Baby's Life Hospital, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete personal, medical, and insurance information.
- Inform your treating doctor of all current medications, allergies, and pre-existing conditions.
- Follow prescribed treatment plans and attend scheduled follow-up appointments.

- Settle all financial obligations in a timely manner.

- The hospital is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the hospital premises. Patients are advised to leave valuables at home.
